I just purchased a used 2011 RR and knew I needed the 75k maintenance performed, and I was using the visit to have them run also through their 75 point inspection to confirm I bought a solid RR. I made my 1st appt. online, but they called and canceled within an hour and put me two weeks out because they were so busy. No problem, I was there early and met my rep, Ambi, and he was great - friendly, fast, and professional. The service is not cheap, so we negotiated what needed to be done, which I appreciate. Instead of taking an Uber back to South Tampa, I expected a loaner for the day like Mercedes gives me (I traded in my leased Merc to purchase my first RR) but instead they setup Enterprise and I had to pay $45.00 for a rental car. Not happy about that policy at all. They kept in touch through text and email and sent me a detailed service plan and I needed rear brakes. No surprise there. So it was an expensive visit, but the service was excellent and I won't have to return for probably a year or more, so I rate them very high. Having to pay for a rental car keeps me from giving them 5 out of 5 stars. It's a RR - I expect a loaner for the day, like Mercedes, Porsche, and Lexus do, but otherwise great service.
